Exciting transformations are coming to downtown Vancouver! The City of Vancouver’s Main Street Promise initiative will enhance safety, accessibility, and connectivity, creating a more vibrant space for businesses, residents, and visitors.
As construction unfolds between 5th and 15th Street, the Greater Vancouver Chamber is stepping up to support the local businesses that make our community thrive. That’s why we’re introducing the SPEND IT LOCAL e-Gift Certificate program— a special initiative designed to keep customers engaged and businesses thriving throughout the transformation.

The SPEND IT LOCAL gift certificates are one way to support local businesses while giving a thoughtful gift to a loved one. An eGift Certificate always ‘fits’! Let your loved one choose their own unique gift from downtown retailers, service providers, and restaurants.
Empower Your Team: Corporate Lunches Made Memorable with SPEND IT LOCAL
Businesses and organizations are encouraged to purchase SPEND IT LOCAL gift certificates for their employees—just $15 per month per employee for a year. These certificates can be spent at/near Main Street businesses, giving employees the opportunity to explore, support, and discover new favorites along Main Street while directly contributing to the vitality of our local economy.

Amid downtown reconstruction, we're shining a spotlight on the resilience of our small businesses with a special monthly event! Each month, a deserving local business in the impacted area will be featured through an exclusive lunchtime promotion. The first 50 customers visiting the selected merchant will receive $5 in SPEND IT LOCAL eGift Certificates to enhance their shopping experience.

As a sponsor, your logo will be prominently displayed on each of the $5 SPEND IT LOCAL gift certificates, as well as on all promotional materials for the event.
